Yesterday I got a new accessory for my hearing aids. It attaches to our TV and sends the audio feed straight to my hearing aids. The wife can adjust the TV’s regular volume to suit her, but that is independent of the volume to my hearing aids, which I control. I’m hearing noises on soundtracks I haven’t heard in years, and she doesn’t get blasted out with the volume cranked up— win-win.

Best thing since sliced bread! If you have hearing aids with blue tooth capability, this gismo is worth considering.

My TV came bluetooth ready, so it was just a matter of pairing my hearing aids to it. You're right, it's a HUGE blessing.

Same for the smart phone bluetooth connection.

So far letting the wife adjust TV for her and then adjusting my hearing works pretty good. But then it is rare we want to watch the same thing in the first place.

OK, I am going to get one of those for my set. I have Phonak brand.

Mine are Phonak, too, and so is the TV gizmo.

I'm happy to hear how good your hearing gadgets work, my brother is also very happy with his!
