Drought?

Since last February we have got nothing more than a couple of really light sprinkles. The entire lawn here is brown. The bamboo is dying and the coconut trees here are not producing any milk. This is the driest drought I've seen since I moved here 18 years ago. It's either raining like hell and flooding during the monsoons or completely drying out like it is right now.

We have gotten 11" of rain in Central Mo., in the past 3 weeks. Just now drying out a little. Planters are running. A moderate amount of replanting going on. I looked at several thousand acres of replants in this week already.
