Nothing, which I now suspect was by design. They also didn't have a water quality report in their disclosure.

Pretty shady all the way around from what I can see.

I'm assuming the disclosure was presented (as required) prior to making the offer. If those sections were left blank (which it states at the top not to leave any section blank) that should have raised a BIG RED FLAG. Buyer Beware!

I'd still make a call to the Realtor's office and have a chat with the Broker. The seller may be saying no to the cost of fixing the problem, but the Broker will not want to have his/her license in jeopardy.

Out here they'd both lose in court.
