Turkey dinner (general discussion)

I'm not a turkey hunter, but I know quite a few guys who are.
From what they tell me, wild turkey meat is tough, dry, and stringy. Maybe they would make a good tasting broth, but might be too tough to cut the gravy. :surpr:

Maybe you could catch a couple, put them up in a pen and feed them for a couple months to tenderize and fatten them up a bit.

But don't let the game warden know what you're doing, probably easier and cheaper to buy a Butterball. :look:
