I'll be going to the Manila outpatient clinic late this year. I'll step on the VA scales again. If My bathroom scale is not lying to me, I have lost 41 pounds since my Seattle trip last year. (2024) I've been at a 220 pounds for a very long time. My bathroom scales say I'm at 179 this afternoon.

If I'm not careful, nobody will be able to call me a fat ass anymore.

After I grew up, my dad asked me how tall I was. I told him I was 6 foot tall. He said he didn't know that they stacked shit that high. I told him it was all muscle and if he wasn't careful, I was gonna feed him a knuckle sandwich. He said if you feel froggy leap. We were both drunk.
