The Home Board

When I weighed in for my appointment, I got a pretty good surprise. It seemed that I've lost 21 pounds in weight since my last visit. All I gotta do now is to make sure I don't find it again.
At 6 foot and 206 pounds. I feel pretty good.

If you're like me, lost weight is like a bad penny - it always comes back sooner or later...

That's what I'm afraid of. I lose it and then I find it again. I think I have to quit looking for it.
