Rained like heck again today. Up to about 10" now. Water standing in the fields. I am starting to get Replant claims come in.
I can use the work to pay for the Walmart bills.

Re: In the plane again
You need some small PVC to clamp to. a piece of rubber fuel line, and about 4 stainless steel hose clamps, and just put in a new line.
They will figure out something.

Thief dog !!!
Our young German Shephard has taken to stealing stuff. Use to just be leather gloves, and the occasional cap. Now, its about anything. Not only does she take stuff and we never see it again, but we have notice now, she has hiding spots, and she hides the stuff, or buries it. This morning, Tammy dump...

Drought broken ( for a couple of weeks)
We got 7" of rain, over a 6 day period, last week. Wont take long to dry out again. Almost all the corn is planted, and up. Maybe half the soybeans. What little wheat is out there looks good. Sure will help the pasture situation.

Well, little shit did it again. First time it was funny, he sneaked in a few days ago. If I forget to close the doggie door. Now, he knows where Tammy stashes that chocolate bar, and he heads right for it. Our set up is, Kora, the German Shephard is allowed in the house, through the doggie door, As ...

I use to try to keep up that "run like Hell" attitude, but it is harder and harder now days.

Glad you are still plugging away. Anytime in the cities is too much for me anymore. I am getting less tolerant in my old age.

Re: 7.7 Jap rifle
My dad had one with the anti aircraft sight. He sold it several years ago. Mine has the flip up sight for elevation, but the little flip down sights to lead an aircraft are gone. another thing to look for is the Chrysanthemum mark of the Emperor. If that has not been ground off, it generally indica...

Re: Boredom, strikes again
I bought it on Amazon (Kindle) read it about a month ago. I am kinda strange. I like stuff that is 99% accurate, real life, the way it happened. Even if it is kinda mundane, run of the mill stuff. I will not read "novels". If I want to make shit up, I can do that myself. That is just be be...

I am 69. Figured I should have died at about 35. Been living on borrowed time ever since. I even like some of the 90's music. Van Halen, a little AC/DC, Eddie Grant. Not too particular. But mostly like the older country stuff, and of course Hank Jr. and Sr.
